Using Jot

You may use Jot to create, organize, remind yourself about, and share notes. You are responsible for the content you add and for choosing the people with whom you share it.

Shared notes

People invited to a shared note can edit it. The note owner controls its collaborator list and can delete the note. Do not share confidential information with someone unless you intend for them to access it.

Availability

Jot is provided as available and may change while it is being developed. Keep separate copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Acceptable use

Do not use Jot to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s unshared notes.

Account access

Access depends on your selected sign-in method. Keep it secure and sign out on devices you do not control.
